When faced with chaos, the natural instinct is to build more systems to contain it. As an industry, we've tried solving complexity with more complexity—new tools to manage tools, new processes to handle processes. At Lower The Noise, we're taking a fundamentally different approach.
The Paradox of Solutions
Traditional solutions follow a familiar pattern:
- Problem: Too many meetings? Create a meeting management tool.
- Too many tasks? Build a new task tracker.
- Communication overflow? Launch another communication platform.
Each solution, while well-intentioned, adds another layer to manage, another system to learn, another source of notifications. We've been solving the wrong problem.

After tracking the reality of modern product management—the 48 monthly standups, 228 daily Slack notifications, and 2.5 hours lost to context switching—we realized something crucial: the solution isn't in adding more structure, but in strategic reduction.

This philosophy guides the development of Memorare, our first solution currently in development. Rather than adding to your daily tools, Memorare is being designed as an intelligent filter that will:
